BOOKING A TRIP
1: Fill out the reservation form on our web site or
contact us by e-mail,
indicating: the desired trip(s), passenger information, dates, and any other services you may require.
We will reply as soon as possible.
2: Once we have confirmed availability, we will send you an itemized list of services included.
If you agree, should make a deposit of 50% of the total tour cost (see details below),
thus accepting the terms and conditions of our service. Once we receive notice of your deposit
we will send you a confirmation of your reservation and receipt of payment. The remaining trip cost
can be remitted upon arrival in Cusco, by cash, or traveler's cheques. All credit card payments in
Cusco are subject to a 5% surcharge and traveler's cheque to a 2% commission.
