well-being of the people we employ and those communities that we visit as part of our tours.
Unfortunately, during our many years of work we observed the misfortune of our economically poor being
exploited.

We want to change that situation and it is reflected in our employment policy stressing fair
treatment of our employees each and every day. We consider our employees our greatest asset and
want our human resources conveying to you what our people and land are all about.
Our goal is to become Peru's foremost responsible tour operator. We take pride in caring for
our team and pay all our employees fair wages. A portion of our profit goes towards helping
local communities in projects organized directly by us in association with local organizations.
We pay taxes within Peru which goes directly to help our developing economy and we recognize that
our taxes are an important contribution for the development of our country. We have clear policies
that abide by the highest standards of quality and environmental responsibility, thereby preserving
nature as well as our ancestors contribution to our land and culture.
